This notice explains what NeuPortal collects when you join the waitlist, and how we use it.
What we collect
Your email address. Optionally, your Telegram username if you choose to share it. We do not collect payment details, identity documents, or sensitive data.
Why we collect it
To send you waitlist updates about NeuPortal — launch news, early access, and progress as we build. We process your email on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form.
Double opt-in
After you submit, we email you a confirmation link. We only add you to the waitlist once you click it, confirming the address is yours.
Storage and sharing
Your details are stored in our own database. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their marketing.
Retention
We keep your email only while you are on the waitlist and for a short period after launch, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us to access or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time by writing to neuportalai@gmail.com. Any future emails will also carry an unsubscribe link. You may lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand traffic in aggregate. We do not build advertising profiles of you.
Data controller
The data controller is the NeuPortal team. Full legal-entity details will be published at launch and are available on request.
